MARVEL Spider-Man Unlimited

Marvel Spider-Man Unlimited is a runner game just like the Temple Run. You’ll encounter numerous characters such as Nick Fury, Black Cat, and multiple Spider‑Man variant.

The game includes both Story Mode and Unlimited (free-running) Mode, along with timed events where you earn points, experience, and compete on global leader-boards. It offers online play through scoreboards and alliance features.

Storyline and Gameplay

The plot kicks off when dimensional wormholes open above New York and a multiverse version of the Sinister Six unleashes chaos, prompting S.H.I.E.L.D. to recruit multiple Spider‑Men to fight back.

During matches, you can switch between different Spider‑Man characters (e.g., Bombastic Bag-Man, Scarlet Spider, Spider-Armor). Some missions require specific variants, but gameplay mechanics. Running, swinging, wall-crawling are popular among characters.

Modes & Progression

Story Mode: Divided into “Issues” (chapters), each with 5 missions ending in a boss fight. E.g., beat enemies, collect items, defeat a boss.

Unlimited Mode: Standard endless-run, accumulating combos, Vials, ISO-8, xp.

Events Mode: Time-limited challenges with objectives and rewards, often tied to specific Spider‑Men.

Alliance Mode & Spidey Ops: Later updates added alliance competitions for territory control and send-ahead missions where characters gain xp while you run others.

Gameplay Feel & Mechanics

You run across rooftops, SHIELD jets, and Sinister Six ships, using swipes and tilts to dodge, slide, jump, punch, web-swing, wall-crawl, and free-fall.

Monetization & Energy System

The game follows a free-to-play model: energy points are needed per run (one energy per run, recharges every 10 minutes up to 5), and runs can be instantly refilled using in-game currency ISO‑8. App purchases are available but gameplay without spending is possible.
