Paramount+ android app streaming service lets you view your favorite shows predominantly produced by the Paramount studios. Easily stream originals, exclusive premieres, hit movies, and must-see TV shows.

This streaming service comes at a low monthly price and also offers live sports. Plus you get access to the local CBS feed but with a Premium plan.

To the viewer’s luck, the company is now investing in more content to compete with the likes of Netflix and Disney Plus. The app does offer user access to a decent library, some great originals, and access to live sports, like the NFL.

The Paramount+ Essential Plan costs $4.99 per month (or $49.99/year) and streams play ads. The plan does not include the live local CBS station feed but does provide access to NFL on CBS and UEFA Champions League.

The Premium Plan (previously called Commercial-Free) costs $9.99 per month (or $99.99/year) and streams are mostly ad-free. You get access to your local CBS station, though commercials will play on the live feed.

Paramount Plus also offers a Showtime bundle that ups the price of Essential to $11.99/month ($119.99/year) and Premium to $14.99/month ($149.99/year).

Paramount+ interface offers a similarity to the Netflix app’s layout. At the top, there’s a large carousel of featured content and a menu of major Paramount brands (CBS, BET, Comedy Central, MTV, Nickelodeon, and Smithsonian Channel).

Then you have the Movies and Shows hubs. That highlight “popular” titles, as well as sub-genres. The A-Z listings for these sections are very helpful (and something competitors could stand to add).
